About Me

Hi! I’m Andi Grace Davis, a Boulder family law attorney. If you’re visiting my website, then you’re probably going through a tough time. Going through a divorce or a fight over custody of your children is one of the most stressful things you will ever go through in life.

My Approach as a Boulder Family Law Attorney

I’ve been doing this work since 2014, and I’ve seen a lot of different styles of lawyering. My guarantee to you is that if you’re my client, then I will make time for you. I will make time to talk to you, to understand what your unique situation, to guide you through any difficult situations, to answer all your questions, and to go over any and all documentation you want me to see. I would not wish a high conflict divorce on anyone, but I have seen many clients come out the other side happier and ready to start a new and wonderful chapter in their lives. I am not a low-cost law firm, and I am not the right fit for every client. I keep my clients focused on their goals, while prioritizing the best interests of their children. I work with integrity and compassion, while helping my clients stand up to people who have bullied my clients for years.

About Me

I’m a mom to two wonderful boys. Being a parent has taught me so much about the challenges and rewards of raising children, and how different every child is. I cannot imagine doing this work without that perspective.

I’m a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and serve on Colorado’s Professionalism Coordinating Council. I’m also the EDI Chair for the Boulder County Bar Association and regularly volunteer with the Denver Bar Association’s Family Law Court Program.

Prior to moving to Colorado in 2026, I ran my own divorce firm in Virginia for twelve years. During that time, I served on the Virginia State Bar Board of Governors for the Family Law Section and the Virginia Family Law Coalition, which lobbied state legislators for improvements to laws affecting divorce practice in Virginia. I was also a member of the Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading romantasy, rock climbing, and spending time with my family. I also consider myself a Swiftie (feel free to quote her lyrics to me!).

If you or someone you love needs help with a family law matter, please feel free to reach out.
